Title IX: Empowerment Through Education - A resource for teachers

A common misconception about Title IX is that it only applies to sports. Through my documentary I (Kavya) hope to show how Title IX impacts higher education. I created the documentary for my Girl Scouts Gold Award Project to be used as a resource by high school teachers to teach the unit on TitleIX. Ms. Tina Melcher, the social studies co-ordinator at Round Rock ISD was my sponsor.
